  • When will my product arrive?

Every order comes with a tracking number which can be checked on at any time via United States Postal Service (USPS). Once sent, your order will be tracked with updated information from USPS.

  • How long if a return or a refund possible?

Visit our “Return Policy” page for information on what to do if there’s an interest to return a purchased product.

  • Do you accept in-store pickups?

Yes we do, but in order to pick up item/product you must come by during store hours.

  • What’s your Privacy Policy?

  • What’s your Return Policy?

We will help assist you on any items/products you wish to return. Though there are special items/products that are non-refundable. Further information is found on Return Policy page.

  • Are the items on your website available in your store?

All items on our website, are also available in our store. Making the quantity of all items on this site is uncertain. Items you wish to order, should be double checked on by contacting our store via e-mail or phone.
